An ASC service meet was conducted for the service centre owners as well as KOEL service and sales team on January 12, 2019. 40 participants attended the interactive session.
Some key points covered during the day long programme were growth prospects, the processes of KOEL’s no compromise service policy, a comprehensive understanding of KOEL products and the way forward in CRM. Service partners shared their views and best practices at the gathering. The top three performers of the state were felicitated and ASC kits and certificates were distributed to all service partners.
