In the electric pumps product range, we have a fully dedicated call centre for attending customer complaints, queries and for information related to our authorised service centres. The service network now comprises of 22 service engineers and 325 authorised service centres(and increasing) across India fully equipped to cater to the customer needs. In case of diesel engines and alternators the service is supported by the sales dealers with KOEL genuine spares and technical expertise at their disposal 24×7.
We provide one year warranty for our product range and it is supported with availability of spare parts and excellent technical support through our service engineers and appointed network. Regular training programs for the service network are conducted to regularly update their knowledge with changing times.
